How to beat feeling down

When you have lost your way whether it is stress from work, luck not going your way, or just generally in a slump, then the healthiest medicine with one tiny little side affect would have to be a kite.

A kite gives you an amazing feeling as your flying all your problems just melt away you could have gone out feeling like you could kill some one and after 30mins of flying you will be mellow and totally chilled out. I have personally found that flying does wonders to improve your mood, after a long days work instead of the pub pull the kite out and have a fly you will feel much better and hey you can always have a pint after flying a kite.

Whats the side affect you asked, well its an addiction really you can easily end up being hooked on kite flying and will spend a lot of time looking out the windows at trees or anything that moves in the wind, dreaming about when your next fix will come.

What could be better in the summer than down the beach or your local park in the sun with a gentle breeze flying a kite.
